Engulfing the bathroom for the daily wash
Taps pulled like rope,
Blood red water spluttering like a lying daughter
It's enough to make you choke.
A battle against splatters
Fighting to keep the mess and the curtains from the rip,
Walls can be washed but words carve scars
How did I deserve this?
Who was there to catch the mess
To wash their poisonous words off the wall,
Who was there to bring me down to Earth
When I took your advice to let myself fall?
So blood isn't thicker than water
Water isn't any help unless you wish to drown,
The story ends with us all together;
Dying alone.

You can't always get what you want.
It's an amazing poem by the way, really powerful, it builds up & concludes brilliantly. & I agree with the two comments above me by MissSnowFlake & prairiedaisy.

Love is seeing an imperfect person perfectly.
